Enkei RS+M wheels

Anyone running with these? Tirerack has them in 18x8.5 +35. Between these and the RPF1s as daily driver/autox setup. Can't find any sign that any 8 owners are using these. Closest I can find is a Miata but he doesn't list the offset so I have no idea if they'll have the same, flat look.

Weight and price is close to the RPF1s and I think I like the look more tho I'm hoping to see a few sets of Enkeis in person this weekend to help the decision making.

They all have the same look. Spoke architecture doesn't change with that wheel.

I highly doubt weight will be the same as the RPF1 from real time handling senses. Just FYI. I think we have an 18x8 on display so i will look into that.

Also keep in mind that in a 18x8.5 RPF1 it will have different spoke architecture than the 18x9 +35.

8.5 is HI Disk, might be heavier than 9.0" which is LO Disk.

Hope that helps and makes sense.

I'm really thinking about getting these wheels too. TireRack recommends 225/45/18s for them but I'm trying to find out if 255/40/18s with fit with the stock suspension and without rolling the fenders in all corners.

245/40/18 will be the closest to the stock diameter but the 255/40/18 will give you a little taller gear on the freeway and of course a little wider.

Yes i'd suggest 245/40/18 also with this offset.

Hit me up if you want better than TR pricing for the club.

255/40 is .2% bigger than stock while 245/40 is 1% smaller. Both very close.

Yeah, my amateur number crunching give the stock tire at a 101.25mm sidewall. The 245/40/18 is 98.00 while the 255/40/18 is at 102.00. I'd have to assume the same wheel diameter is the same between the two wheels.
