what should have happened back in June is gonna happen now. Instead of the usual meet at Dave and Busters we are gonna do a cruise down to the docksof Toronto, leading to a semi pro photo op by the docks, a lot of interest to do the shoot closer to sunset to get both shots in the day and night. Gonna wrap things up with dinner/drinks at the Sultans Tent, live entertainment provided by belly dancers of course.

Final meet up @ Square One for 12 pm. Grab some grub, then we head out.

Possibly a Small Pub Meet here, for appetizers, drinks, bathroom breaks.
From here we'll head down Hwy 10, or 403 to QEW to Gardiner, get off there to a meet spot near the docks.
Photo Op will begin, dinner/drinks at Sultans Tent and part ways.

GTA Cruise:
Gonna set up 4 meet locations, covering, east, north, west and final south where we all be.

Those guys coming from Ottawa/Durham/Pickering whereever, meet up for a cruise at Town Centre.

North end will meet at Hwy 7 and Woodbine. I was thinking East cruise up, meet with people that might be at Fairview, cruise up to meet guys at North meet. North East now heads down 7, meeting up with guys from Woodbrdige/Vaughan, take 400, down to meet with the West end guys (Sauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Brampton, Niagara ?!?), final crusie to docks. Park, do the meet and greet, do the shoot, show off the mods, and hit the Tent for dinner/drinks.

 

It may be really too much on fuel, just an idea if people are looking to end the summer with a bang of a meet.

Of course the guys coming from the East get hit with gas with more, but if we get yays for this, and those who dont want to drive too much or just conscious on fuel/budget, can just head out later to meet location downtown (still panning.)

 

I think the plot of the road should be less time wasting. West people meet at Sauga. East people just meet at Fairview. North people just come down to Fairview.

 

What about the cruise?

And What about the guys up in Orangeville, Woodbridge, Vaughan?

 

So since the Install Meet was pushed further down. This Annual meet would have to happen either during the weekend of the Labour Day weekend, or the second weekend in September.

So I just need a show of hands which days work best.

I wanna get this all finalized by this weekend, so I can call in for reservations at the Sultans Tent. We need to finish the 08 Summer with a Bang.

im so in, I say we set up 2 meet locations, 1 on Highway 7 and woodbine for East Enders. Than Square 1 for West Enders, the dudes in Vaughn / Woodbridge area meet at Highway 7 and Woodbine, the rest of the guys West of Woodbridge meet at square one.

And than we cruise down to the location!
