well its been a while since i have posted anything substantial and i recently got a Seibon TS hood. The fitment is excellent. the one thing i noticed is that the hood is maybe a few milimeters smaller than the oem hood all the way around. there is no rattling at high speeds (none, not even at 95+) I have taken hour long drives at 80-90 miles per hour average with noproblems. Anyway, it was a nice day and i got to use a nice camera. so here goes nothin.

enjoy!!

enjoy!!
Dude I hate you so much right now! I want that hood SOOO bad and I am planning on getting it within the next month, after i get the MS bodykit. You should definitally sell it to me...it looks like crap on your car
But anyways...where did you get it and how much did it cost?

low quality hoods have been known to rattle, i have not waxed mine. im not going to. If i wax my car here in the desert it is like a dust magnet. and within 24 hours i have enough dust on my car to draw things. so i have turned my head when it comes to waxing. Just don't worry about it then get it re-clearcoated in like 4 years.

^Ok thanks man i'll shoot him a PM.
It looks pretty badass by the way on your car. Are you keeping it CF or are you going to paint it? I think if you painted everything red, except the center triangle, it would look pretty sweet. Biotoxin did that with his, but his was black so it was much less noticable.

ummm...good fitment doesnt only mean that the seems line up. fyi, it also means that there is not a BIG gap everywhere. i dont think the hood has that great fitment...sorry. look at the first and third pic and you can see a very big gap between the front bumper and the hood. the hood looks okay besides that though. as long as you like it.
I think the hood looks great with your car!
I do however think that the gaps are big enough to warrant the use of Hood Pins. Everything thing will seem stable with the hood at 90+mph until the $#!T hits the fan. I can only imagine that the lift and strain on your latch is incredible... A hood basically has the profile of a wing....
FYI Sparco makes great hood pins that fit nicely and stay looking sharp.
