So a few weeks ago, an S200 customer of mine detailed my paint again. He does excellent work for his S2000 club, and I turboed his S2000 to the tune of 380whp @11psi (fast car!). So we traded a little labor (he spends about 6-8 hours on the exterior alone). The car looks great in the sun with the metal flake.


So, the main story is that the carwash next to the dealership i work at was having a carwash/carshow about a week after the detail. I sooooo did not need a carwash at the time, but they had something there to persuay me otherwise and fork out $15 for a basic (or not so basic) handwash.
