What kind of remedy can I expect to repair a large creased dent on the rear passenger fender? I'm starting to realize that the rear fenders are possibly the worst area to have damage as they tie into the actual frame of the car. Anybody have any experience with something like this, or any advice on what to expect?

For those who are curious, an out-of-nowhere construction barrel took flight in a recent storms 90mph wind and determinedly found my car.
