80 Dollar Painted Ebay Spoiler

There have been threads made on this but I thought I would share my thoughts on the ebay spoiler.

It came painted and well wrapped and packaged so it was flawless when I got it. Made of sturdy ABS plastic and seems very well made. Install was easy... I was a little apprehensive about drilling holes in my trunk but the paint on the spoiler matched my car perfectly so I went for it. The feet of the spoiler have foam gaskets to prevent water from reaching the holes so once you wrench it down tight it seals nicely. I put some rust proof around the holes and rubber washers on the inside of the trunk just in case. Heres the result Very happy and would reccomend this.

Why is the paint gonna end up fading quickly or something? The clear coat is as thick as the cars it seems to be good quality.

i've had mine on for 4,000 miles, parked on the street 100% of the time in direct sunlight, and heavy rain and it has held up fine..

this is my "80 dollar painted ebay spoiler"

Because.. it's a replica.. and lately I've considered trading my trunk for a non-spoiler trunk so I could get a lip.. but.. it's a replica and noone will want it.

I want to cut myself.
