Lockdown Enterprises, there by Nugget and McCowan. I went there to get my Compustar Pro put in. I bought the alarm off them, and brought my extra modules and paid for their install. Professional guys and service. I got the Pro system put in, along with a battery backup siren in the front (only able to turn off with a physical key), a mercury diode sensory, which shows if the hood is open since these are 2 way alarms, a Piezo alarm for inside the car near the fuse box its rated at really high decibels so basically no fun if your trying to go for the fuse box, and just because I hate the public in general, I added a proximity sensory, which is really meant for convertibles.

Essentially the prox sensor sets up two zones a warn and a trigger zone. If you walk near a foot of the car or try to peak inside it chirps at you, during the summer if you have the windows down and someoreaches in, its goes off. So the trigger sensor is set up by my doors, and warn about a few feet away.

Oh, and I also set up a remote start, since I am just that lazy, lol. But ya, I lvoe the alarm.

 

I've had too claims on my car in the last 3 months because of idiots trying to break in. I desperatelu need an alarm with a good shock sensor and have been thinking bout the proxi sensor too. Either that or I'll just make sure my window is down and door open every time I leave the car unattended!
How much did the compustar alarm cost and what was the prices of all the add-ons? Do you recomend a cheap place to buy that stuff from?

 

I shopped around and lockdown gave the best price. I had an integra b4 the 8, and I had them install the compustar in it. Never had any problems with the alarm. When I got the 8 a few weeks ago, I had them switch the computstar over from the teg to the 8 and so far so good. I highly recommend Lockdown Enterprises. Ask for Jeff tell him Dennis referred you.
