Hey guys, just wanted to formally introduce myself, although I have made a couple posts about purchase suggestions for the 8. I just got an awesome deal on a silver 05 RX-8 and I am now the happy owner of this incredible car. I hope to keep learning as much on this forum as I did before I bought the car.

More silvers seemed to be involved in accidents, at least, judging but the RX-Club members and their cars.

Mine is scratch free after 33 months (knock on wood, sign of the cross, throwing salt over my shoulder).

Oh now I get what the curse is. Well I've had mine for 3 days and no wrecks yet lol. I live in Roswell Georgia outside of Atlanta.

Haha, after owning the car I don't think that's weird at all. It sucks though because in about 3 weeks I have to have knee surgery so I won't be able to drive my baby for almost a month.
