BrakePlanet?????

This seems like a pretty good deal....anyone use them before???? Good company/product???

Just thought I'd ask before I hit the buy button....

I'm thinking maybe yes on the Rotors and some different pads maybe???? IDK...

That's a heck of a deal for all 4 plus pads! It doesn't say anything about what kind of pads those are. Any info on the brand name on the pads and rotors? I'd like to know a little more about the materials and how they were processed to get a feel for the strength and longevity expectations of the rotors. And the heat range of the pads.

This sounds like a good deal for someone looking to replace their OEMs and just drives casually on the street.

The link points to semi-metalic pads, so you're definitely giving up some heat carrying capacity. They do list ceramics though. All in all, the site is WAY too light on info. Gut reaction, the rotors are designed to look good, which at that price also means they're heavy and soft.
