Well I was driving to work on Thursday. Same route I take every single day for the past 2 months. There is a intersection that is two lanes, one lane is for left turns only the other is to go straight. I stay in the right lane onto work, well today I had a Avalon decide to go in the left lane and go straight. He was right beside me for a moment as we crossed the intersection and when I noticed he was there I sped up a bit since he wasnt fully beside me at all. Next thing I know instead of braking and backing off like he should of he keeps on going straight and to the right slightly and wacks right into my rim/rear bumber.
I get out of the car and after looking at my baby I just stare at him and yell out "ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME YOU STUPID MOTHER F**KER!", then back into the car I go and pull off to the side. The police are called and show up. The guy who hits me tries to talk to me but I just tell him to go to the police officer (since he just showed up). The officer asks me what happened and I do and he just has this look of "ugh..". While I'm sitting there, I overhear the guy trying to explain to the officer that he had his turn signal on. I just bit my lip for I didnt wanna yell out "I didnt matter if you had your blinker on or not!".
Right now Chris is telling me that Kenny can hook it up nice.. so I guess I may have to look into going down there. I may be his longest traveling 8 customer, hopefully the insurance will play ball with this guys insurance.

i'm pretty sure it'll go down that way for him, but today i was talking to some friends and they said that not letting someone into your lane is illegal too. but since clavius didn't see him, i'm not sure that it'll go in that direction. hope not...
