So, as many of you already know, I have the Autobahn front and sides.
Unfortunately, I had to get rid of my OEM fog lights because they simply look butt ugly on the Autobahn...

Now, I want to go and add fog lights on there but I'm not so sure as to how clean it will look. I want something similar to the Audi R8's lights where it's just a strip, the only exception is that I want it as fogs. Someone already did this to their MS-kit and it looks stunningly beautiful. Here's an example:
Like mentioned before, I do not have the MS kit, I have the Autobahn kit.







Now, I am wondering if this will look good with the Autobahn.

If anyone have info on lights similar to the one that CKZ have on his 8 then please shine some info. I do not want a strip, I want something encased in a housing.

I said yes, but I think that you should go for the Deno6. It's new, just came out and may be hard to find (I could only find good pics of the blue ones, but they come in white too). Check them out:

I've ordered from them before, they are located in Hong Kong I think and shipping takes a few weeks, but they are reliable. I only see the blue version on their site, but you might contact them and see if they can get the white version.

 

Ummm....They look real cool, but you know they're rice. I know you n your not rice so I'll like them on your 8, but you will get **** from the older rotarys. Just being honest John.

i dont really like the autobahn kit very much but with those fog lights it will look alot better..i say go for the blue ones over the white

Just do it. Only the rice ***** are going to think this is rice, and those are the same people that think body kits are rice... and you have a body kit. If done right I think it could look really cool.

 

I say go for it, try something different. What's the worst that can happen??? Maybe they'll look silly, but you'll never know until you try.

Have you thought about how you are going to mount these?

The one on CKZ' car is not in a casing like Renesis said, it's just a strip of LED. Seen it in person, and it looks great!

 

I like em, white would be better than a blueish tint if possible...

Go for it. I think would look good if mounted properly. The Deno6 9 led would be best as it's longer. I would want something that runs most of the length of the opening.
