I'm planning to order an R3 and want to get the front end covered in chip protection plastic. Does anyone know places in Ottawa that do RX-8s?

I have seen a number of kits where the plastic has been pre-cut for the car model. I've not been impressed with the 1/4 gap that is usually left unprotected along the edge of any body panel. When I saw this stuff on BMWs and Porsches, it was obviously custom fit to the car, not a pre-cut kit. So, I'm particularly interested in places that do custom fitting.

 

Almost any place that installs tint will do it. I believe Pearl Auto Care and Shades do it

 

I was out and about today, so stopped in a few places that seemed logical possibilities. Most did not install invisible bras and the few that did were not interested in touching an RX-8 (too many curves for custom fit and don't have a kit for it). So, the search continues.

I will try calling the two places you suggested tomorrow to see what they say.
