Question about the rough idle recall

I took mine in and had it done. I cant remember the name, but the one for the rough idle. It was so smooth after that and ran great, now after about 2 months it is rough idleing again. It will sit at 1krpm when stopped and in drive and fluxuate and drop to around 500rpm and vibrate bad then kick back up to 1k and be smooth rfor a few seconds then back again.

Should I take it back to the dealer and have them reflash it or do I have another problem?

I thought that was what the MS-16 or something like that recall did.
