WTB stock standard sway bars

I hope you guys aren't tired of seeing MX5 owners requesting these. I am looking to buy your used standard 6MT (not sport) sway bars. I've been told that the RX8 "sport" sways are thicker and may be too much. It would be nice to get the bushings too, but I would take what I could get. Thanks.

the people that upgraded their sways are usually the people that bought either the sport or the grand touring.

good luck.

Not true.............I sold my 6MT GT sways to an MX5 owner and he was very happy with them. I actually sold them via Miata.net
Good luck..............I hear it's a very nice upgrade for you guys.

I belive all 6MT's have the same sway bars. The softer sway bars would be the ones that came on the 4port autos that did not get the sport suspension.

Thanks for all of the input. I should have known that you guys would know the MX5 community. I think a lot of us wish we could own both cars. Please don't rub it in if you do.
The figures below are what I was given. You are correct in that it is the sway bars on the automatic that are the smaller ones. In researching input from other MX5 owners, I think that the autos (25.4mm Rear: 15.8mm) are what I want.

RX-8 Auto>Front: 25.4mm Rear: 15.8mm
RX-8 6spd>Front: 26.8mm Rear: 15.8mm

Hey, just call Jason @ 1-800-223-5439 ext 141. I bought a set.
Front part # F-151-34-151 @ $ 100.12. Rear part # F-151-28-151 @ 63.??. Less than $164.00 shipped.
Then buy TWO Eibach Bushings part # UB0124 & TWO part # UB0001 (4 total) Eibach will not sell to you! You need to find a Eibach retailer. You just need the "BUSHINGS," your stock clamps and end links will work!!!
I'm guessing at this but about 90% of RX-8 come with the upgraded susp.. Only the very base model w/ an auto comes with the sway bars your looking for! I spent a long time looking for a used set. Just spend the $$$ and buy them new.

Hers 07 GT w/ "Base" F & R bars.
His 06 Sport w/ "Base" F bar & "Sport" R bar. W/ just a tad of over steer. Can control w/ throttle.
Both w/ LS Diff. and same wheels & tires.

MM
