TPMS seal leak

I just had my TPMS sensors mounted into new wheels and 2 of the 4 have crappy seals. I asked the guy who mounted them what was up and he says the Mazda TPMS sensors have a crappy round o-ring as opposed to an oval ring like most that he has done.

Has anyone had this leak issue on either their OEMs or new wheels? If so, what did you do?

BTW, you have to really "dial-in" the valve nut to get it to stop if you are lucky. You can only hear it if you spray water on it.

Great thread! Thanks for the heads up.
I guess I should have typed in "gasket" instead of "seal"
