Nice car. I don't understand why people think mods raise the value of a car. That is a myth, it is the other way around. Stock cars are worth way more.

 

Yes and no, If I was buying a track car it would cheaper to buy an 8 with recent suspension mods then to buy a stock vehicle and modding it yourself.

 

the amount of mods he has is way more than 3gs also...subtle mods can increase value for a private buyer because of all the time and effort the seller saves the buyer...but if the car's wholesale value suffers greatly

been busy for the past few days sorry for being slow in replying...

I'm moving back to Malaysia so won't be needing a 'daily driver' anymore.

I'm located in Los Angeles, CA

while I do understand that mods do not always add value to the car, I'm hoping to find a buyer that likes the car as is. Which include the rims, which on it's own cost around $3k. So I'm not asking for the $10k or so that I put into the car, but just a fraction of it.

 

If I can pay off my other car, I'd love to have this! Any guesses as to how much shipping would be to MI? I'm working on paying off my other car right now to buy another members 8, but it might be off the market.

 

I have no idea how much shipping to there would be, also I rather deal with someone local so I can work things out in person.

Had some issues with the engine...got a brand new one from the dealer due to the engine recall.

Car is still for sale, lower price of $18k.
Car has 34k miles, new engine has under 1k miles.
