You are way overpriced,

I have a 2007 loaded RX8 everything but navigation with only 9k miles that I will sell for $25,200. Black ext, tan interior, Mazda speed exaust and intake.

start by looking at kbb, nada, and edmunds. Based on your specs, I'd say around $14500-$15000 tops. Just a point of reference, I bought my car for $21k over 2yrs ago with 18k mi. with nav. and upgrades.
