I am need of some advice. I am taking my car in friday and im hopefull they will be replacing the tranny(grinding 1-2. and 3 and 4 are stiff.) While the tranny is out i want to replace the clutch and flywheel.

I was wondering what people thought of the act clutches and flywheels. Also any tips on the cheapest place to buy them.

Also I had a friend tell me the ecu needs to be reprogrammed when you get a new flywheel. Is this true?
