Fog Lights Question

If I wanted to change my stock fog lights to say something like this on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ANGEL...spagenameZWDVW

How would I go doing that?
cut the stock plug off and splice the wires to the new ones?
or is it more complex or simpler then that?

The pics seem to have an adapter on the one end, they could be a plug/play type mod. You should message the seller and ask them.

The way it's described, it seems almost like purely plug and play, but I agree. Ask the seller to make sure. He'll know what models and makes that need some modifications and which don't.
