Hid Fog Lights

Ive been wanting to make my stock fogs HID because I cant see with tint over my headlights. How would I go about doing this?

Lights are for lighting things up.. yet you blackened them then whats the point.
+1 on removing them. MY opinion.

Also there is a DIY section!
