NYRA MEET 1 @ Valley Stream State Park at 1:00PM on SUNDAY April 20th, 2008

This is a state park which can be accessed via the Southern State Parkway (East Bound) exit 15a. Im not too familiar with Southbound but im sure there will be signs. The admission to the park is set by NYstate and could be up to $8 per car (not per person).

-You can BBQ at the park (NO BEER)
-Bring outside food (of your choice)
-Benches Available
-Bathrooms Available
-Open fields for Frisbee, Baseball, Soccer etc

I dont know if I will be BBQ at this meet so come prepared with your own grills/food if you want to BBQ. If you just want to come and hang out your more than welcome.

If your unable to make the first meet, here is the schedule for the remainder of the season.

damn! i took off work to go to comic-con in the city for saturday and theres a meet on sunday. why do i have to work the dumbest days of the week, haha.

Hey all, I will be there at 1 for an hour or two, then I have to be someplace. Could bring some drinks (non-alc.) or something, though...

 

I normally always bring a BBQ, but i wont be able to bring one since i will be on the road tonight, and tomorrow. So i wont be bringing a grill, so if anyone else wants to BBQ thats all good. See ya there

did you make it? I only seen 1 8 w/greddy kit sittin' on 19"s. he claimed he's not on the forums...... I met em' before on one of last years meet.

^^ girlfriend was hungry too what a co-inky-dink. My moms house wasnt too far from the VS meet, so i got to eat some white rice, black beans, yellow fried plantains and some porkchops, hmmm hmmm tasty lol.

So there I am right about to enter the park and i get pulled over for guess what? tinted windows and speeding. I was going 50 mph!!!!!!

Sorry it ruined my mood so I went home. I even found a hibotchi grill and was bringing burgers

Another day ruined .....
