Varney Mazda's Install Day/Open House
Opening this up to the forum members to vote on the day which works for them.
Where: Varney Mazda's - Our Dealership

What: Charles R. Hill, and Possibly MazdaManiac demonstrating products, some light install's that require lifts. Huge Parking lot with new pavement. BBQ provided by VarneyMazda. Possible Dyno Day provided by local shop.
When: You Guys pick
Possible raffling off a Mazdaspeed Part of gift cert if enough people can come.

Hey I think your trying to rip off my April Install Meet idea. I'm suing hahah.. j/k.
Unsure on a date just yet, I'll look into possibly getting the gf and kids up there for a vacation and have this be a double duty thing.. but I doubt it.. but I'm game.. just give me a room to crash hehe.

thats the address, I know its far for some of you guys but rooms can be had CHEAP up here, and with zero crime believe me its completely safe to leave keys in your 8 overnight up here.
not that id reccomend it but i constantly leave my keys in my 8 by accident when i go to the mall haha.
We can figure something out on rooming when the time comes.

well its a long drive, im trying to bring some big names from the forum in to make this meet worth the drive.
I think it would be really neat to get a bunch of rx8's here, it would probably draw media attention seeing how its kind of a small town

Varney you forgot to add some pictures of the place.
If there is a Dyno there I think I'll definatly have to save up for this. And your right after the 20th Brighton Meet this will be getting more attention. Hell talk it up at the Meet. If enough people show interest maybe we could over run a Hotel there haha.

Gf is slightly interested in going up to ME since she has never been up there for a vacation. Still wish you came to the MA meet could of talked it up and got something going in terms of a hotel deal. Oh one more thing.. screw a pole, set a date and make everyone else work around it!! what I did man and look what I got

Here's the update.
I just got back from florida and i am now taking the time to get this meet in order for us.
Jeff (MM) seems to be keen on doing this from what i Ray (CRH) has told me.
what i want to do is plan something out where Ray can come up and work on Hank's car the same week.
I still dont have pictures of the shop but believe me its a 300 unit a month car dealership with 20 bays. 2 alignment racks and all the service tools you need.
for insurance liabilities im going to have to keep the installs pretty low key, basically a few light installs but i dont want alot of people working on their own stuff there incase they get hurt.
My idea is to have some AP's installed, tuned at a local shop about 10 miles away. And a nice BBQ
Another idea i had was we would only install and demo BHR parts, to give ray a chance to show off all his good stuff.
As far as rooming goes, hotels are dirt cheap here, and they arent roach motels either.
So lets here ideas. but i want to stress this is a large dealership, so things could get out of hand easily with installs, so i dont want to push heavy installs.
Obviously free of charge, just come eat good food and enjoy yourselves.
