Tein S-techs Questions

I just put these springs on my car, I searched and couldnt find anything on this. How long will it take for these springs to "settle". They've been on for only 2 days and it doesnt seem much lower. I can still get 2-3 fingers in between my front tire and the top of the wheel well. Theyre supposed to lower it 1.7 inches in front and .7 inch in the back, so maybe I just expected it to be lower. Anyways, just curious about how long it takes for these springs to settle.

mine was about half of what it should have been immediately after install, so i loosened and retightened a couple bolts while it was on the ground, so the weight of the car would drop it more, and it dropped the other half right in front of my eyes. check around for the link on what bolts to loosen/retighten if you'd rather not wait 1 to 2 weeks...

at first you'll barely notice it. i don't even think my car looks dropped, unless you know rx-8s. the fender gap is completely gone, but it doesn't look slammed, at least not on the stock 18's.

ride quality is def harsher over bumps, speed bumps, etc., but on a highway, or controlled city driving, and it feels just as smooth and comfortable as stock springs. but it is lower, and stiffer, so in turns it feels a lot more planted.

overall, best springs you can get imho IF you don't want to go too aggressive but still want some better handling and a great drop.
