Thats not the Radiator either.
Its the A/C condensor. The Radiator is hidden behind that.
The A/C condensor is what is getting killed by rocks, your Radiator is well protected behind that.
Hymee has a home made fix for that problem in the Austrailia Forum.
You can even see the A/C refrigerant line in the first pic.
You need to look behind your fan blades in the engine compartment to see the radiator.

was there an rx8 at that show to sit in? I don't remember seeing one... Or a vw GTI come to think of it. Hm, that show seems to have sucked. the cars in the convention center garage were pretty sweet though. I saw a lincoln LS with a CF splitter, CF hood, and racing seats that was actually VERY coo. Surprised the hell out of me to say the least...
yeah, there were three 8's at the show. the one in the pictures, one on a roped-off display with the doors open and one on the floor for people to get in. it was definitely one of the most crowd-drawing cars at the show. you had to fight to get near the rx-8.
as for VW being absent, it's because the big austin delalership, maund was boycotting the show for some reason. we had to ask a Saab salesman why there were no VW's there.
