Hi all , i am VW owner i have VW MK2 VR6 and i am about to sell it , and i want to choose between these cars , the problem is i can only get a car with max. 1600CC of the taxes and customs is soooooooooooo high in Egypt, the more CC you get the higher the price for taxes and customs ex. it i want VW R32 i will pay the price of the car and another 300% and more for taxes and customs .... coz of that i have to choose one with less CC my options is :

1- My favorite all the time Mazda RX-8 (which year is better coz i heared 2004 is not good , Manual or automatic) .

2-Mini Cooper S .

3-BMW 3 series , 1.6 L .

4-VW New Bettle .

5-Honda Civic 1.6 L .

RX 8's do not take well to the heat. They have now been upgraded.

 

so , what do u think about the other cars , which one ?!

 

2-Mini Cooper S . If u..e rr.. like lil bug looking things tat isnt' as gay as beetle

3-BMW 3 series , 1.6 L . if u wanna ride like a rich person

4-VW New Bettle . if u wanna.. why would u want a beetle -.-.. are u a girl?

5-Honda Civic 1.6 L . if u wanna save money, i'd get a type R/Si if it's available

I would think that the RX-8 would really shine in areas that tax based on engine size; It would easily be the quickest of those choices, other benefits aside.

 

desert heat + rotary engine = overheating = dead engine

 

For RWD:

1. rx-8

2. BMW - that 1.6L ain't to great, why not an s2000? or an is-300?

For FWD:

Cooper-S. the 09's are even more impressive.

Honda Civic EK9
This car is insanely light. i've seen this thing do faster laps then a tuned RWD with a Type-R motor and dialed suspension.

Beetle - uhhh you do know that's not a pen holder...

BMW is great if u dont mind the same 30-40 yr look, and expensive maintenance

Rx8 is good if u know how to drive

Cooper S if u prefer the smallest car and dont mind to bump ur head every single drive and questionable engine life.

VW New bettle same as Cooper S

Honda Civic is good if you want to look like everyone else on the road, or simply watched too much 2F2F

 

thanx for all the people who answered me , i will say a quick answer in return , i am choosing these selection coz these are the cars have the good dealership , VW is the best in egypt then BMW , Honda & mazda and MINI(BMW but its dont support problem solving they will tell u to wait and leave the car for not less than 10 days) we dont have any spare parts for it in egypt our dealers is the worthest,and the weather in summer is soooo hot .
what do u guys think about the good cars not more than 1600 CC ??
