Anyone here have these, If so are they worth buying? they are pretty cheap.

My pops found them, I have accualy never seen them before, It says 20mm drop

 

20mm is about 3/4 - 7/8 inch in the drop department.

 

so are they decent? does anyone no how the handling will be?

Yes, plenty of people have the Mazda speed springs.

You cannot use the MS springs with stock struts.

 

Yeah, just an fyi, you need to get the MS shocks if you want the MS springs. They are not made to run with the stock units. If you want a good spring to go with stock shocks & struts, take a look at Racing Beat.
