New to the forum... help on underglow

Hey i need help deciding on the best underglow kit. I really dont care about the price as long as it is in reason. I just need something durable, long lasting, and possibly with color changing capability. Some friends recommended plasmaglow LED kits. What do you guys think? I figurd i would ask the experts haha
Thanks in advance

Is illegal to drive around with underglow on. Can only be on when parked.

Im giving you benefit of the doubt in that ur not gonna drive it around with it on, and you just want it for car meets/shows. Its your car and do with it what makes YOU happy. Just be ready for some ridicule.

streetglow gold series, they lasted as long as I owned my mustang, which was 6 years. (other then the occasional tranformer replacement, but was covered on warranty). And that was while I was autocrossing too with cones occasionally going under the car.

depends on the state, south carolina it is legal as long as it isn't red or blue, and as long as you can't see the bulbs.

Streetglow on your car is like L.A. techs on your feet.

get blue and get a buddy club grounding kit, it makes your engine bay a nice blue color and stays on even when the car is off. u can also see it shining from underneith the hood at night. have it on mine =)

get the apexi one though if you want it to shine red, it doesnt glow as much as the buddy club though

I would put underglow # 3016512 on your mods list. Maybe if you are lowered, agressive kit, agressive wheels, turbo + FMIC, loud exhaust (just an all around aggressive rx8).... then underglow MAY not look horrible

Im sorry, But the underglow stuff is best left to parked showcars IMO and will only
degrade the class of the RX8. JM2C
