My settings at the last alignment were -.7 Front Camber L&R, and -1.5 Rear L&R. What effect does that much negative camber have on handling? Why do you want more negative camber in the rear? The car seemed to spin easily in first gear while turning. Maybe because I was riding on the inside edge of the rear tires.

I have new wheels now(Gram Lights 57F 18x 8.5 with +45 offset). So I am sure the alignment is off as a result of the change and now the rear of the car feels "Loose".

 

Changing wheels and/or tires has zero impact on alignment.

 

You usually want to have more negative camber in the rear to prevent the loose (oversteer) feeling, but it seems like your settings should be fine for the street the way it is now. If you say that it feels loose in 1st gear, it's probably because you're engine braking while turning, throwing the weight to the front of the car. More neg camber = more grip on turns, but slightly less on the straights. The purpose of negative camber is to create a more flatter contact area when the suspension loads during a turn, giving more grip. BTW my settings are -1.0 front, -1.5 rear, 0 toe and balance seems perfect and tire wear even to me, but I usually drive aggressively.
