First wash pics

I got back from a hike yesterday to find that I parked under a tree at my buddy's house and the car was covered in bird **** and tree sap so a wash was in order asap. Here are the results. None of these pics have been photoshoped, that's how shiny the rims are

they came with the car from the factory for some reason, I didn't even know they were an option. The rims also have the mazdaspeed air valve caps (not the rotary shaped ones)

spraybottle with concentrated car soap, let soak for a minute and then lots of time taken to wipe all the brake dust and dirt off, then turtle ice wax on them after that. since they are chromed so they're close to mirror finish already and there is very little in the way of pores to pick up the dust and marr the finish. The wax on top of it just makes them dazzle.

The car's previous owner took amazingly good care of her and it shows.

I'm not too interested in tinting more, the rear tint is dark enough that I have trouble seeing at night, and I don't want to invite a ticket for having it because peeling it off and then having it reinstalled doesn't sound like any fun at all.
