Vertical Doors...............

Now i have searched throughtout the threads and found alot of great information about vertical doors, but there is one question that i cant seem to find the answer to and i was hopeing someone could help, so here goes...........is there a vertical door kit that allows you to open your doors as you would stock as well as let you go vert if you wanted?????????? some may ask, ' why vertical doors in the 1st' place?' its just a personal preference of mine is all, V/R Rob

All, vertical doors have to open straight out somewhat before they can go up. However, I don't think that any kit opens as far as stock.

That said, I don't like virt doors, but it's your car.

I believe you can have the LSD ones open like stock or vertical with a flick of a switch..

i have the vdi kit. and its very rare that i lift the door at all. it usually attracts too much attention anyway. the kit allows a good 18 inches or so of clearance in normal open-close opperation. and im not a big guy so thats usually enough room. might be more than that even im not quite sure.. but what im saying is that there is plenty of room with most kits to allow easy entry and exit.
