i need a right side tail light and prefer local so i can pay cash and get befor christmas in knoxville TN willing to drive an hour and a half or so

 

what is wrong with it? condensation? I had that problem and went to my local mazda and they just switched mine out for a new one, even though mine had a crack in it........ well I guess you still have to be under warranty. I got lucky I only have about 1500 miles before I go out of warranty.

 

i have 42500 miles and i got it replaced for free like 4 times lol. this time... they put the new model or something where it has extra padding and seal so it wont condense in there. if it's cracked... cuz u got hit, then u might have to guy it =T

 

yeah it looks like a fish tankbut never been hit...thanks man i will check with the dealer but if anyone has one local please let me know just incase

 

i just got my done today.......they need to replace the crappy stock gasket with a fatter one before putting the new light in......if you get another light it will still leak unless you get the beefier gasket from mazda

 

thanksi will definitly get it i wonder way the otherside hasnt started leaking yet i guess i better go ahead and get both sides

 

my right light leaked first when i would wash......then a big storm came through.......i walked outside to drive to work and notice that my two tail lights were now fish tanks.........i was pissed........yeah but now mazda said most of the time they just blow dry the lights with cool air and put in new gaskets instead of replacing the whole assembly......but mine had water marks so they got replaced

 

If Mazda won't replace it, I have one $25 + postage to TN (from Florida). Can send pics if you want.
