A little background...

This is my first year EVER taking an art class, and I've never been artistic whatsoever, but I LOVE the Rx-8's look, so I chose it as my piece.

Stippling is creating a picture with dots from a marker, and I only had a SINGLE red marker, so don't get mad at the single-red look ......

So here she is...



based off of this picture (NoTears316's from the VR thread)...



Obviously, a little cropped.

Nice attempt but you def. could have stippled more and some of your lines are really messed up.

 

Looks great to me, I like to draw and stippling is time consuming and not the easiest to do. keep up the good work!

 

Thanks for the comments/critcisms, and Zephyr, I probably should've wrote this too-----We only had 3 days in class to do it, and as catsailing said, it takes SOOO long to finish a picture, so I was basically rushing the entire time. Also, I tried to get the sun's reflection and stuff in on the right, so it looks dumb from as close up as the picture is, but from far away, it looks good I got an A though, so

 

And on top of the other handicaps, you're a southpaw to boot! Nice work.

 

What gave it away? My username or the fact that the stipple's on the left side of the paper? (idk if you can even see that)

You can see the paper shift, but I was going by your username. Artist-athlete. Cool combination. If you can't get dates with your car, then your rugged sensitivity will woo them over!
