Thumbs up FS: 2006 VR Sport with Performance Pkg

Only 15K miles...

I'm asking $21,900, but make me an offer. I'm in Central Florida, West Melbourne to be exact. Here's my autotrader ad...click it to see some pictures.

If anyone has a few minutes, how about some feedback on the price. It seems about right to me, but I wouldn't mind a few second opinions...

the price looks about right to me if the paint is near flawless as you said. touring package?

you should give more specific info here about the options and the like since ppl here will know what they're talking about

It's not the touring pkg, its the sport 6sp with the performance pkg added on.

So it's got Xenon Headlights, DSC, and it also has a rear spoiler. I've got the details in the autotrader ad that I linked to.

And, yes, it looks brand new. Shinier than brand new with a fresh claybar treatment and a coat of Mcguiares, i think i missspelled that....

Look at me, Look at me, a one woman show...

That's a joke from "Boy Meets World"

Remember Topanga, she was hot.

Someone give me a little feedback?

What good is a forum if no one wants to forumate. I guess everyone in this area is all business.

Let's say $20,500 for the Christmas Season!!!

Any takers?

I think it should sell for about 20. I sold an 05 (bought in 06, so warranty till 2010) for 18K, had about same miles and same equipment plus appearance package and rotary accents.

Honestly I don't think you'll get much good feedback here, everyone here knows the market and are lowballers. I ended up selling mine on Autotrader after a month or so for my asking price. I got a ton of stupid offers here for 14-15K when I listed the car in the FS section.

Thanks Cosmos,

I have it listed on Autotrader for 21,900 I'm hoping to get 20,500 for it. I guess listed as high as i have it, no one is even making offers.

Thanks for the comment.

It's a buyers' market when it comes to RX-8's. Be prepared to wait. Demand is NOWHERE CLOSE to supply.

Gonna have to be patient. Take it to Carmax and see what they would give you for it in the meantime.

Your price is too high IMHO without even the apperance PKG.
Good luck Bro.

The local stealership offered me 18,500 which isnt too bad.

I'll probably take him up on it, and then he'll sell it for $22,000.

Only in America...

What would someone be willing to offer?

I'm listening, if you can beat what the dealer offered me, it's yours.

Unless you're just dying to sell it immediately... I think 20,500 is a perfect asking price. I ended up purchasing my 2005 RX8 about 1 year ago with 14k mi for the same price. Everything exactly the same minus the xenon lights. Be patient and someone who really has their mind set on this car (much like I did) will buy.

good luck with the sale...i know it's a rough market for sellers. as a helpful aside, there is no such thing as a "performance package" in the U.S. market, though i think in Canada they had a performance package promotion where they bundled different wheels, mazdaspeed intake and mazdaspeed wing i think with the base car. This was never offered in the U.S., however.

if the dealer offered you 18,5 I would advise jumping on that.

You should get a huge break on the tax's on the next car you buy if you but it through that dealership at the same time.
