Cleaning the MAF?

I did some searching and could'nt find anything... Anybody know the best way to clean these bastards without damaging them.. thanks in advance.

Sometimes the search here isn't the greatest. Its best to use Google to search within this site.
I use contact cleaner to clean my MAF. Give it a good soak and then give it a couple minutes to evaporate.

Most auto parts stores now carry MAF cleaner in an aerosol can

thanks guys, flying to autozone or o'reilys!! I just got a very minor stumble from time to time. I think it's do to the oil on my K&n gen II. I think I put a tad to much... oopps! I'm gonna clean the MAF and reset the ECU.. it's been a while.
