I have seen them go both ways, so I asked and this is how he told me to put them on. Dont know if you can see it but theres a L on there for left. I'm just going by what he told me.

Got to love new rotors. Are they coated with anything to prevent rust? What brand?

Yes, they can go either way. Racing Brake rotors have an arrow stamped in the casting showing which way they should rotate.

Thank you all for the great comments!

dmc27, At Homedepot there is a paint that looks a slight darker than the Winning Blue. IMO it will pass and thats where I got this silver looking color at.

I did all the work by hand and did not take off my Rotors
With the extra paint I have I have offered to do some 8's in my neck of the woods too

altspace, I dont know. But I got them from Racingbrake.com? Odd I'll have to look into that.

my next "mans" dream cart project.....3 rotary with drilled & slotted all around zinc coated braking system, for when a crowded "free for all" parking hazard outbreak happens at my local wally world.......hmm, seems only right that it should be an S.C. cart though.

Yeah not the best but I just washed the car the day after I painted them. Let me know if you need some from the side. It looks so clean

It is odd. Every Mercedes I've seen with sport brakes has the holes/vanes facing forward.
