I was thinking about doing this mod but have just been putting it off because I am too lazy. I dont want to bump the other necro thread so I just am going to ask here. I live in Texas so I'm a prime candidate for this mod but what about in the winter when it gets down to the 30s and 40s? Is my car going to act funny because the air isnt being heated before going into the engine? Or would that only really occur in extreme conditions when its like -10 F outside?

If you need to reverse it ...it literally only takes a minute.

Well yes I dont doubt that. I was just wonder what would be some symptoms of this mod being counterproductive in low temps?

Sure I live in Texas but it does freeze here sometimes and I don't want to be shooting myself in the foot.
