I'll be bringing with me a blower kit ready to bolt on to an engine. :p I better book my flights and room and rental car...

Do you reckon I should offer to be a guest speaker?

Anyone got a engine we can put on a stand and mount the blower kit? It will be a bit heavy to bring any from Oz!

I was thinking of bringing one of the new MKII RX-8 Sports Exhausts with me as well. Might auction it to raise some money to help get me home again!

What sort of car do you reckon I should hire? I think it might be a bit hard to get an RX-8 as a rental. They will probably be a bit wary of the RX-8 suprcharger kit in my luggage!

I tried to casually walk into the hotel inconspicuously, but someong recognised a blower under my arm. "Hymee!" was the call. It was RG. Well spotted!

Great to meet you all, and I had a great time at dinner - albeit too short to really socialise well, as I still have to finish my presentation...

Anyway - look forward to the big event in just a few hours time.
