19x9.5 et43mm offset SSR Professor

Can 19x9.5 et43mm offset SSR Professor go all around on our car? And on what tire spec I can run it with daily? Please do tell almighty car gurus?

Damn aren't those gonna rub without proper modifications. I'm more thinking about 265 series.

see sig pic. ssr d5r 19 x 9.5 et 40, bfg kdw 255/35 -19 tires. apparrently slammed on eibach 1.2 drop, as i saw cars dropped 2" inches this last weekend and i have less wheel gap. anyway, not a single rubbing issue. though the rears a cambered a bit aggressively.
