Sweeeeet. Yeah where the heck are all the Edmonton RX8ers. I see a few of them around.

 

Well I was in Edmonton but not anymore, I remember going to one meet and people showed up at 5 minute intervals and left before they saw another RX-8. So it was more like a Edmonton parade than a meet.
I'll be in Edmonton this Sunday/Monday.

 

Oh there's a few of us around..

On Friday nights (after 9pm) there's sort of a parking lot party at the United Cycle on Calgary Trail north. It's not just for 8's; but a decent place to stop by!

 

I was there two weeks ago, but i was the only 8 there...

 

I'll be there this Friday..so come on down fellow 8ers

And Edmonton kinda sucks for meets...

Well at least two others showed up tonight. Nice to meet Jay and Danny..there were some sweet rides out there, especially the two GTRs!!! and the RX7s(Danny where did you run off too dude??). Anyways I think they meet on Saturday nights as well..I may make it out...

i've had my winning blue rx-8 for 2.5 years now and was wondering if there ever would be some sort of "meet" where us rotary heads could get together...

i've got an 8" kicker sub that i custom built the enclosure to fit through the passthrough (all carpeted too!) with a JBL amp mounted in the trunk indent (complete with amp housing and fans to keep the amp nice and cool). i also hardwired my xm satellite radio using the alpine adaptor plugged into the back of the HU. did all the installs by myself using this forum!

i have no performance work done to my car and no body work done except for getting the 3M protection in the front and hood of my car.

future plans: tinted windows, spoiler, veilside bodykit, rims, coilovers, rotary accents...i'm debating on whether or not it's worth getting the stage 2 supercharger from pettit racing...
