For Sale: '04 - Ti gray RX8, 6-spd, GT package. Cincinnati, OH ***SOLD***

I've got an '04 titanium gray, 6spd manual, GT package for sale. Black leather interior, completely stock.
The original owner put a set of winter tires on it, and I have the original tires as well (**NOW SOLD**), with maybe 15k miles on them. 36,7xx total miles on the car - I say that because I plan to take it to a local cruise this weekend, which will put on a few miles, but then I'll probably not drive it again.
I only drive it on nice days, and have put only about 4,500 miles on it in 18 months. In the garage every night, and not driven last winter (i.e. no salt corrosion!). Car has never been tracked, or abused at all.
All maintenance and service bulletins are up to date. New starter and plugs, new battery, new computer flash in the last 1000 miles, plus whatever else was in the bulletins. Oil changes, and other maintenance as well, of course.
Other stuff: power everything, 6-disc stereo, NO navigation (the only option this car didn't get, I think), tinted visor above the sun-roof.
Only one door ding on the passenger side (but minor engough that the light has to be right to see it) and a bit of curb rash on the rims (from the original owner, I promise).
The original owner is an engineer, as I am, and he followed the directions to properly break in the motor. He took care of the car, and I do too. I put less than a half a quart of oil in it between oil changes. Either the motor benefitted from being broken in correctly, or this one is just a little different because it really uses very little oil.
It's paid for, title in hand.
Price reduced to $17,600 (KBB is $19,600). If you are wondering, I am selling because my wife and I are trying to collect up a down payment for a condo in Colorado. I love the car, but we'd like to do something else.

Thanks! I had to make sure not to get too much of your car in the picture with mine - people might start looking at yours.

Bump, plus a note to say that the original set of tires offered is now sold. As such, I am certainly willing to negotiate on the asking price.
I parted with the tires because I had an earlier For Sale post about them, and I wanted to honor that.
