Leesha's getting me all jealous with her posting of car pics so I'm making this thread for myself.

This wheel company used my car for a photoshoot over the winter and they finally sent me the pics. I'd like to share them if I may.

It's the same colour as the RX8 transformer toy (the metal dye cast one - which is currently sitting on top of my computer monitor at work)

 

Where did you get that from - the rx8 transformer toy?

check out ebay..that's where I got mine. The white one is plastic (turns into jazz). That dark-blue colour (almost purplish) is metal (turns into shockwave).

abs016, I polish with Zaino and the colour is Stormy Blue. The lighting was amazing. I just wish I had my stock wheels on so I could make it a poster.

Really? Let's be friends. I see we're both in Missisauga. I may have seen you around. Were you on the QEW a few evenings ago? I saw a silver behind me and waved. Nobody ever waves back.

 

I was on the QEW on tues night.. and there is NO way i missed a fellow rx8 driver... i always wave or nod but i get nothing back too.

Do you guys see a lot of 8's in sauga? I think I've only spotted one (maybe two) around my area

 

I see 2 on and off: a black and blue one .. in the mississauga road area. Thats the typical week.

 

I only ever see silver. I think I've seen 3 different silver ones. I'm In the Lorne Park area and usually see them on the QEW or Erin Mills pkwy.

Oh! very nice area. You live by the microsoft house? I love that short twisty part of mississauga road where people used to collect water.

lol I don't know. Do they do movie shootings at the microsoft house? It's the house that's massive. I believe the woman who owns it is the president of Microsoft canada or something and her husband is a bigshot too.

 

lol. I have heard that one of the big big big mansions on 'sauga road.. belongs to a builder who built a lot of houses in the area.. so he built one to boast his awesomeness and this is where they do movie shootings.

O well.. bottom line: nice houses!
