I am in need of the diagram which translates the below image to the actual pins on the ECU. If anyone has it I would be greatly appreciative!

 

That page is from the wiring diagram - the first twenty pages have all the ECU pinouts, what is the problem?

Isn't it a little irrelevant to comment about it after the thread is basically over? I actually spent at least 30 minutes searching which is how I found the original diagram I posted.

Nah, not really. Especially in light of the info that is still missing from those diagrams as posted.

 

All I needed was the pin locations for 5D 5O 5R and 5T (grounds) to get the tach working again after directly connecting the crank trigger to 2U and 2X.

 

That'll be interesting since the ESS is so finicky.
Have you checked the float between the new way you have it wired and the existing wiring?

 

Sorry to bump an old thread but does anyone know if the pin out above is the same for a UK spec 2004 6 speed 231 rx8?

Finding it a bit hard to find.
