Need some help - Engine surging

Hey I could really use some help here. I just removed my Greddy kit this past weekend and put it back to stock. It seemed to drive fine. I was on my way to work, was almost there and decided to hammer on it a bit. I floored it up to 8k rpm's and then the power completely died. Now the engine does not respond at all to throttle inputs and it just rapidly revs between 2-3k rpms. It starts right up but immediatly begins this surging. I pulled the codes and found the following:

P0638: Throttle actuator range/performance (Bank 1)
P2109: TPS/Pedal positionsensor a Min. Stop Per.

Thanks!

Problem solved! Looks like the engine sucked up a small peice of plastic that jammed the throttle body. All is good now!
