Hawk Performance ceramic brake pads

LOVE EM! I was having some HORRIBLE brake squealing issues with my stock pads with about 10k on them. I've honestly heard garbage trucks stop quieter than my car. I was positive they were not out of life yet and that was confirmed when I removed them to install my Hawk ceramic pads. (HB470Z.643 if anyone was wondering) I also had A TON of brake dust build up after only a few days of city driving. Hawk advertised their ceramic pads are low noise and low dust. They are all that and more. After 500 miles so far, I no longer hear ANY noises while braking and have MAYBE 1/10th of the brake dust the stock pads put out. They also advertise them to be extended life. Are these things magical or what? We shall see, but with the small amount of dust I'm seeing they're probably be around a hot minute. I am highly impressed by their product and I will be sure to use them from now on.

I just got a set and I'm installing them today. I already removed my rotors to paint the center section last night and I'm waiting for them to finish drying and I'll continue with my project.

Well, I know what I'm switching too when my stock pads finish turning to dust. The stock ones squeal something terrible now.
