I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered; I searched but couldn't find anything. Mazdausa.com says that the mazdaspeed rims ARE NOT compatible with the Mazda RX-8 TPMS system. But a seller tells me that his set is equiped with the tpms and they work perfectly fine. Is he correct or just being full of it? Anyone have the mazdaspeed rims with tpms? I know that they're lighter, but how are they performance-wise? Is $1,800us for a set with tpms and tires a good deal?

hmmm, why do you want the mazdaspeed rims anyway? You can get gram lights 57f for $1000 shipped.

 

$1800 for a set with tmps and tires is a damn good deal.

 

depends a lot on what tires you get with it. $100 tires are not worth it.

 

the tires are just the 225/45/18 bridgestones. 80-90% tread left. I just need new tires, and firgured might as well buy it with rims. And then sell my 18" dark chrome oem wheels.
