hey everbody, i was here a lonnngg time ago and just recently came bak...but been having some weird problems on my 8 lately...only got 13 000 km on it, but when its in neutral either with clutch or not my 8 idles very weird...like the rpm just goes up and down..sometimes it just goes all the way down on red lights and dies....but wen i start it again there's no problem...anybody know wat the problem is? kinda scaring me rite now...wat if it dies in a middle of a turn o.o!!..... wen it first happend im just like wtf....neutral and it died....=.=....it doesn't happen often....but once every couple of days...which still kinda bothers me...

 

i'm having the same problem... had it towed today... i'll post what's wrong w/ it when they call me up

 

1 word vacuum....or possible 2...new engine

 

Same thing happened to me today. Only problem with mine is that it did not exactly run fine after getting it started again.

 

ahh...damn..i dun want a new engine....seems to haf so much hassle and factory problems with the 8...would the intake and the exhaust haf anything to do with it ? =T...
