Engine whine video
Hello everybody!
If you have 20 secs, please take a look at this video:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...41115946&hl=en
I'm a little concerned that something needs to be fixed in the engine, since I haven't always heard this whine - at least not that loud. Apparently it's comming from one of the jet-air fuel mixing tubes. Isn't there a valve that opens and closes somewhere in this system? I thought it might be this. Mazda replaced the generator - that didn't really solve the problem...
Thanks for any advice!

I really hate to bump my own thread
But now I'm experiencing another noise that's also not suppose to be there!
Simple: When I turn the key on "ACC" a humming noise is heard from the engine - sounds like its coming from the rotors. It's like a high voltage noise and it's stuttering - like there's a loose connection.
Help needed please! (I'm taking it to the dealership soon - but they are also clueless! )

funny- that test you did is exactly the step tech's are supposed to take to eliminate the cause of the noise. it is the jet air tubes and is perfectly normal. the noise with the key turned to acc should be the fuel system getting ready to start the car.
