Lol. I went on a cruise this past weekend so it was all high rpm for me. I average 21mpg though.

Over the weekend, I drove from North NJ to Harrisburg, PA, to Detroit, MI, to Harrisburg, PA, and back to North NJ. It was about 1400 miles total (with local Detroit driving). On the way back, I stopped just to get out of the car every 200 miles having spend 2 nights on crappy hotel beds. I have done 300 on a tank a couple times (I regularly get 21-22 mpg highway) but spending that long in the car was beyond me.

So, 1400 miles, 21 mpg = $200 gas.

 

I tried a better versionb of the pic, but the site said that it was too big. And by big, I think it said 250K was too large. So i shrunk it down in photoshop to be around 111k. Is there any way to post large pics without putting them on a photobucket-type site?

u guys wont belive this, but this past sunday i drove 300 miles from 1 full tank of gas!!!!!

 

3.99 here in Hollywood Cali for 91. Filled up next to my house in San Bernardino area and it was 3.71 for 91.

 

ugg I think I'm gonna be sick. I paid $3.29 the other day for 93. Definitely using 6th gear at anything over 40mph unless I need to juice it. Went from about 230 a tank to about 250 a tank.

I get about 250 miles to a tank. In normal driving conditions, what revs do you shift at? I shift between 4K and 5K normally.

 

$3.50/gal here in San Diego. It's okay. Spending $50 on gas every four days is fun!
