Hi there,

I'm gasping for a nice spoiler for my black rx8, but I've had no real luck in finding any, or if I have I've had no idea where to get it from. I have the little lip spoiler that comes on the boot already, but it's just not enough.

Please can anyone post suggestive PICTURES, SHOP LINKS, PICTURE LINKS, anything that gets me a nice spoiler. Hopefully this thread can build into a catalog for all rx8 spoilers for others to make their choice by aswell.

I would appreciate any time and effort spent in posting replies.

Too big for me , looks like an Evo. Mazdaspeed has a nice one. Check that one out.

alneilsens spoiler looks good, I worry about if it suits the rx8 though, for a supra I'd say definately!!!!

I would say R-magic but it doesn't seem to suit the car very well, it's got it's own shape without moulding to an RX8 boot!

 

My two cents worth, I'd take the spoiler off and fill the holes and get it painted. I think the stock spoiler makes the car look funny, but i'm not a fan of any spoilers. If i had to put a spoiler on or the world would end! I'd get the mazdaspeed one. You need the rest of the kit though. Whatever you do don't get the first one its realy bad.

you could always get your mums ironing board and bolt it to the boot! The aerodynamic qualities give the car an extra 20BHP.

Not to mention all the looks youd get!

 

The OEM one and the aforementioned Mazdaspeed one are the most tasteful. Anything larger than that will make your car look like a civic IMHO.

 

yeah it's all good saying which spoiler you think is good but unless a pic is on view it's hard to know from your opinions, yes I agree the first one is a bit ott for a mazda rx8 but the spoiler on the third post in silver is prob the most tasteful

^ its part of it. there is the lover cover and the upper spoiler part.

 

Imo MS spoiler is the best available.

 

...yup, MS looks the best IMO also, just "fits" the car so well, stylish and agressive, not ricey. You drive an 8 bro, leave the big, gt style wings to the high school kids drivin moms 94 accord.
