Hello guys! I just got some staggered 18" rims with 275-35 rears and 225-45 fronts and the car looks awesome but now its screaming for some lowering.
I am deciding between Espelir ActiveSuperDown, Intrax or Tein S lowering springs. I need people that have or have had these brands to let me know how they feel about them. I want the car to be lowered but not so low that it bottoms out everywhere. I also want to keep most of the ride comfort so I dont feel every nook and cranny in the road through my butt. I do not autocross so that is the reason I am looking for the softer riding ones(no coilovers or extremely hard springs) and these three fall within that category of lower stance, while only increasing spring rates a prudent amount and keeping street driving comfortable.

All coments will be appreciated except those trying to convince me to go to something else(like coilovers). Thanks in advance.

If your car has a greater tire to body ratio in the front than the rear I would put either S or H tech's to even out the car. Tanabe's are also a good option IMO. Where are the pix?

 

My experience is that you better get new shocks (Koni Yellows for me) if you drop your car with new springs. I have S. Techs and they look great. When I first dropped them in, the ride was horrible with the stock shocks. Noises, bangs and creaks over every turn and bump in the road. Installed the Konis and the ride is better than stock IMO. With S. Techs they are definitely stiffer and I feel bumps more but the aggressive look is worth it and the stiffness is not too much of an annoyance.
